Lawyers are prohibited from representing conflicting interests on the basis of professional regulations (§ 43a Abs. 4 BRAO). Before accepting a mandate, it is therefore always checked whether there is a conflict of interest.
Out-of-court settlement of disputes

Lawyer Matutis is not obliged, but willing to participate in a consumer dispute resolution procedure.

Professional liability insurance
Lawyer Matutis is insured with ERGO Versicherung AG, Victoriaplatz 1, 40198 Düsseldorf. There is a corresponding insurance policy both for the lawyer’s activity and separately for the activity as an external data protection officer.
